This article will assist you in setting up your hosted email account (NOT Office 365) on an android smartphone or tablet. Please note that the software on your device may look different and ask slightly different questions than what is pictured below.
Step 1: Locate and select your settings icon.
Step 2: Tap on Accounts.
Step 3: Tap on “Add Account”.
Step 4: Tap on “Email”.
Step 5: Enter your full email address and password.
Step 6: Tap on “POP3 Account”
Step 7: Enter your full email address beside username, make sure “POP3 Server” is set to www.yourdomain.com, and for “Security Type” please select “SSL (Access all certificates).
Step 8: Make sure that SMTP Server has www.yourdomain.com, and for “Security Type” please select “SSL (Access all certificates). Username should be your full email address.
Step 9: The default settings here are usually fine.
